Eboni Johnson-Kaba is a filmmaker and interdisciplinary artist who believes in the power of story, community, and collaboration to inspire change and challenge ignorance. Rooted in the traditions of Black southern storytelling, her work blends documentary film, oral history, and emerging media to uplift underrepresented narratives. She was named a 2024 Rising Star in Public Media by Current magazine and a 2023 PGA Creates Nonfiction Fellow.
